The methods and tools of quality management employed for the assessment of teaching and learning at Freie Universität Berlin have long entailed more than mere course evaluation. With the help of a modern set of interlocking processes and instruments, the quality of conditions for studying and teaching is continuously being defined, verified, maintained, and refined.
