Facilities and Services

The extensive facilities of the Henry Ford Building include information displays that you can use for your events and announcements. Bulletin boards, floor stands with notice boards, flip charts, and white boards are available as well as diverse presentation accessories. In addition, you can choose from among banquet, exhibition, or stage tables as needed for your event.

Media Technology

The complex, high-quality sound system can be adapted to suit your event. The integration of a videoconferencing system or a panel discussion system, as well as the implementation of interpreters’  technology, are available at all times.

The audio-visual equipment and the lighting and room functions of each lecture hall can be controlled centrally. An audio recording of your event can be made easily upon request.

Global videoconferencing is possible in the lecture halls and conference rooms of the Henry Ford Building. We are happy to provide assistance with the organization and technical implementation.
