On April 3, 2024, the Ambassador of Tajikistan in Germany, Imomudin Sattorov met with the Executive Vice President of the Free University of Berlin (Freie Universität Berlin), Professor Dr. Verena Blechinger-Talcott.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the establishment of direct relations between higher education institutions of Tajikistan and the Free University of Berlin, as well as the possibility for Tajik citizens to study at this institution.
