In the regular case, you will only receive one Campuscard free. In case of loss, theft or defect of the Campuscard, you may apply for a replacement at the Info-Service-Center. This is subject to a fee of 10,23 €.

In case of loss or theft the Campuscard should be blocked immediately in the ZEDAT-Portal. Once blocked the card can not be unblocked. You have to get a new card.

If you have credit on the card, have the card additionally blocked at the cash register of one of the canteens of the studierendenWERK. You will find a receipt for your blocked Campuscard in the ZEDAT portal. With this receipt and your newly created Campuscard, you can transfer the credit balance of the old Campuscard to the newly created card.
