A registration is required in order to use our online application forms. Your registration data will be imported in the online form.

In case you have forgotten your username or password, please use the “password/username forgotten” function via https://identity.fu-berlin.de/registration/account/password.
You have already successfully registered for this or the past semester. Please log in using your username and password.
To set up your account, it is absolutely necessary to use the activation link we have sent you to your email address. Your data are already prepared and only have to be activated. A complete reregistration is not necessary.
You can also request the confirmation link again. Please use the following website https://identity.fu-berlin.de/registration/account/confirm/renew. After entering your email address, that you have used for your application via uni-assist, we will send you the confirmation link. The email delivery can take up to 10 minutes.
Please check, if you are maybe trying to log in using the username (dosv_xxxxxx) or password of the DoSV application portal (Dialogue-oriented Service Procedure). This username / this password cannot be used for this portal. The username and password of Freie Universität application portal was chosen by yourself during the registration process.
After registration, please always use the following link to get an overview of your application/s within the application portal: http://www.fu-berlin.de/en/studium/bewerbung/Bewerberinfo.html. Please do not use the link from the verification email.
Please log in the application portal and select "My Account" or “status of your application/enrollment”. On the left hand side several links will be stated and it is possible to change address data via “address change”.
The change of personal data has to be verified by our staff, after you have submitted at least one application online. In case, you wish to change personal data you will be asked by email to submit proofs. Please send your documents by email stating your application number to: email@example.com. As soon as our staff has verified your documents, the change will be visible for your within the application portal.
Please log on and select the tab “my applications” within the application portal. There you can find the button “language test registration” at the bottom of the page. Please follow this link to enter the test registration portal and select Navigation → Ihre Anmeldungen bzw. zur Abmeldung to register for a test. Please note, that it might be possible that more than one date is offered per language. However, you can only choose one per language.
In case, you have applied for more than one philology (e.g. Englische Philologie und Französische Philologie), you need to register for each test, separately. After completing the registration, you will receive an email confirmation.
After submitting your online application, you will receive a confirmation email including a link to the application portal. Please upload all required documents via the tab “attachments” and be sure you select the correct application. All documents must be uploaded within seven days after submitting an online application, by no later than the application deadline.
