Transparency and reproducibility of research methods and results are important hallmarks of high-quality research in areas from biomedical to social and physical sciences. The five-day summer school will consist of a series of lectures that cover the following topics:
- Preregistration and registered reports, biases in research
- Reproducible workflows
- Statistics and reproducibility
- Publishing, Open Data and Open Materials
- Ethics of reproducible research
- Citizen science
PhD students and postdocs
The summer school is free to attend. Participants need to cover the cost of accommodation and travel.
The organisers are able to support travel costs for a limited number of applicants with up to 500 Euro, if applicants cannot cover the costs from their own funding.
For participants from Charité - Universitätsmedizin, the QUEST Center for Transforming Biomedical Research will support travel and accommodation with up to 750 Euro for a limited number of participants.
