The Freie Universität Berlin has introduced yet another measure for achieving paperless offices. All employees have now access to their paychecks on the so called “elsa-Portal” (electronic services for administration). There you can easily find the latest paychecks as well as those from the past months. This makes it not only easier to gather necessary documents on-demand - it also contributes to saving paper and printing cost and thereby helps protecting the environment.
