Project Summary:

Real-time pharmacokinetic quantifications in patient-derived models of head and neck cancer by UHPLC-MS/MS analysis

This interdisciplinary project aims to quantify the absorbed drug levels within models of head and neck cancers. Therefore, patient-derived tumors will be reconstructed in-vitro and analyzed. After completing a validation according to the guidelines of the US regulatory authority FDA, our results will optimize preclinical testing of investigational new drugs and help to understand better age-related differences in pharmacokinetics.
