DREAM Mentoring

DREAM – shorthand for Dahlem Research Mentoring – paves the way for female doctoral candidates aiming at an academic career or a profession not related to the university via one-to-one-mentoring.

Mentoring-Program ProFiL

ProFiL – the mentoring program 'professionalization for women in research and teaching' –  assists female junior researchers striving after a professorship and educates them for future leadership and management tasks.

Funding for Gender and Diversity Research

Support for junior researchers at the Margherita von Brentano Center addresses aspiring young researchers within the inter- und transdisciplinary area of gender and diversity research.
