On August 17-31, an interdisciplinary summer university is held by the German Studies Center (ZDS) at Peking University. Professors from all partner universities of the ZDS will teach students on "The Process of Modernization - Civilization in East and West". Participants are German and Chinese students from the partner universities Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität Berlin and Peking University.
