Gender equality is near the top of organisational agendas. However change efforts such as mentoring, networking and flexible work arrangements often focus implicitly or explicitly on women. This raises the question what men can do to foster gender equality in organisations. In this lecture Professor Elisabeth Kelan will discuss her research on men as change agents for gender equality. A particular focus will be on the actions men can take in daily, mundane workplace interactions to support gender equality.

Elisabeth Kelan is the director of the Global Centre for Gender and Leadership at Cranfield University, UK. She is a former British Academy Fellow and in 2016 she received the Leadership Award for the Most Influential Leadership Research and was voted one of the Most Influential Thinkers by Human Resources Magazine.
