The International Bionic-Award will be presented for the sixth time in 2018. The International Bionic Award is endowed with 10.000 EUR by the Schauenburg-Foundation and will be awarded by VDI (Association of German Engineers). The prize will be awarded for outstanding contribution by a team of young scientists and researchers or a single young scientist/researcher, for example for the development of a biomimetic product or for a doctoral thesis/post doctoral thesis.
