Students can have the credit balance transferred from their “old” dining hall card to the new Campuscard. When the “old” card is returned, you will also receive the deposit of € 1.55 back. This is possible at any dining hall or cafeteria register, and the process is very fast.

Important: If you have an “autoload” agreement for an “old” card (dining hall card is loaded via direct debit), you will need to enter into a new agreement for the Campuscard, which is like a new dining hall card. Each agreement is only valid for one specific dining hall card number and cannot be extended to others.
