No, the welcome courses are preparatory courses and do not equal a regular degree program.You can attend regular lectures as part of the Welcome@FUBerlin guest study program, but you are not enrolled as a student. If you want to study at Freie Universität Berlin after you finish the welcome courses, you will have to apply for your chosen degree program again via uni-assist and make sure that you meet the requirements of that program.
