The Center for Academic Advising and Psychological Counseling of Freie Universität Berlin offers open consultation hours for refugees

Due to the current Corona crisis, we no longer hold open office hours. If you wish to have an in-person consultation session, please make an appointment via phonecall or e-mail. We will gladly answer all questions you may have by phone or e-mail as well. Unfortunately we cannot respond to messages left on our voicemail, therefore please refrain from calling outside of office hours and leaving voice messages. Every Monday from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm 

Every Wednesday from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

Video Chat Consultation Session: 

Our video consultation sessions enable you to get a more in-depth consultation in regards to your personal case and questions. The video chat allows for our advisors to show you information (such as websites and pamphlets) on the computer screen. In order to take part in the video session you need a computer/laptop or smartphone with a microfone and a stable internet connection. You are not required to switch on the video if you so choose.
