3. Apartment

The single apartments (30 qm) in Celsiusstraße (Berlin-Lichterfelde) and Klüberstraße (Berlin-Lankwitz) are located in the southwestern city district and belong to the landlord Arwobau GmbH. They are fully furnished and have a kitchen (American style including kitchen equipment) and an en suite bathroom with shower. Every apartment has a small balcony.

The monthly rent includes all utility costs like gas, electricity, water and television fee. Please note that internet access is not included.
