We would like to make all accommodation seekers aware of the housing situation in Berlin, which has deteriorated dramatically within the last years.
The growing demand and the increase of the rental prices make it, especially for students, difficult to find a room or apartment in Berlin for a reasonable price. Therefore please take care of your accommodation arrangement on time!
Please bear in mind that we only have a limited number of rooms and apartments available. If you decide to book one of our offered accommodation options we highly recommend you to register as early as possible. Once all our rooms are fully booked you will have to look for accommodation on your own. The house-hunting on the open market can be really hard and might absorb a lot of time.
