The Theses Department (Hochschulschriftenstelle) collects the copies of doctoral theses written at Freie Universität Berlin that candidates are required to submit according to the regulations concerning doctoral graduation.

The Theses Department also assists doctoral candidates in dealing with the regulations concerning the submission of theses in electronic format.
