Dr. Andrea Kölbel conducted a Senior Research Stay with the topic "Shaping Sustainability Discourses through Academic Writing" at Saint Petersburg State University in July 2017.

She is a research assistant at Institute of Geographical Sciences at Free University of Berlin. Her focus as human geographer is on the interdisciplinary debate about the social implications of enhanced levels of mobility by focusing on people’s experiences of education and work.
