Quality of research is inextricably connected to good scientific practice. The doctoral candidates and supervisors in DRS programs commit themselves to these standards, and DRS supports them with various measures. DRS has developed and implemented a workshop program designed to introduce junior researchers to the topic and raising awareness for the various aspects of the field partly in cooperation with Humboldt-Universität and Universität Potsdam. For more information on these workshops please take a look at this term's Professional Development Program.
Dahlem Research School has compiled its recommendations regarding good scientific practice in a position paper which can be found here (in German).
In conflicts or other cases related to questions of good scientific practice you may contact the university departments' confidants.
For questions pertaining to scientific misconduct, scientists can consult new guidelines „Verfahrensleitfaden zur guten wissenschaftlichen Praxis“ compiled by the German Research Foundation (DFG) (in German language).
Futher information can be found in the DFG Dossier "Rules of Good Scientific Practice".
