DRS Award for Excellent Supervision

Each year the Dahlem Research School rewards two supervisors for the exceptional quality of their work. Doctoral supervisors are nominated for the DRS Award for Excellent Supervision by the doctoral candidates of the DRS degree programs. A panel of doctoral candidates and DRS staff members evaluates the proposals (submitted anonymously) and selects the winners. The award sum is 2,000 Euros, which are earmarked for the specific purpose of further supporting junior researchers.

Call for Nominations 2016

The DRS Award for Excellent Supervision will be granted for the sixth time this year. Doctoral candidates of Dahlem Research School who are about to complete their dissertation within the next months or who have recently completed their doctoral studies are very welcome to nominate their supervisors for the award.

We are looking forward to receiving your nominations via e-mail to skills-drs@fu-berlin.de by January 8th 2016.
