There can be more than one set of bibliographic data (author, title, etc.) in Primo for the same article because different records are provided through different channels. In Primo result lists, the records related to one particular article should appear grouped together, which is then indicated by the text: "There are multiple sources."
The bibliographic data provided by different sources for the same article can differ in quality. If you want to export the data to a citation manager, for example, be sure to compare the records and select the one that is most useful.
