Linda Bergset is a senior researcher at the Borderstep Institute in Berlin in the fields of sustainable entrepreneurship and sustainable innovation. In her theoretical and applied research, she focuses on the development of sustainable products and services as well as financing sustainable start-ups. Currently, she is primarily involved in the project “Green Start-Up Investment Alliance”. She is a Ph.D. candidate on the topic of financing sustainable entrepreneurship at Carl von Ossietzky Universität in Oldenburg. In 2010, Ms. Bergset obtained her Master’s Degree in the field of public and private environmental management at Freie Universität Berlin. She completed her undergraduate studies in economics and politics at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. While studying in Berlin, she worked at both the Institute for Ecological Economy Research (IÖW) with a focus on sustainable corporate management, and at the Ecologic Institute in the area of environmental economics.
