Project Summary

Which measures are suitable to prevent progression of osteoarthritis and are they equally effective for youngerand older adults? An interdisciplinary consortium of clinicians, psychologists, and experts from basic sciences from Freie Universität Berlin and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin will investigate biomechanical and morphological effects of a psychologically assisted high-impact resistance training program as well as molecular mediators of these effects.
