The second workshop of the Focus Area DynAge took place on 3rd July 2014. The program featured two keynotes by highly renowned experts in the field of aging research: “Healthcare systems, patient satisfaction, and health behavior in international comparison” by Professor Dr. Claus Wendt (Chair of Sociology of Health and Healthcare Systems, University of Siegen) as well as the keynote “Pathways to healthy aging: what can longevity models teach us?” by Professor Dr. Adam Antebi (Max-Planck-Institute for Biology of Aging, Cologne). Furthermore, the 12 DynAge projects of the first funding period were presented. Additionally, there was a poster session by master students of DynAge’s “research-oriented teaching” pilot program.
