Heinrich Schulz, M.A., born in 1981, holds a M.A. in Communication Sciences, Political Science and Islamic Studies from the Free University of Berlin. He has been integrated into several projects of the Environmental Policy Research Center (FFU) and is also a lecturer at the Otto-Suhr-Institute. Since summer term 2009 he is working within the framework of CREES.
Since winter term 2007/2008 he is working on his dissertation, which deals with the energy political integration of Turkmenistan into the global energy markets since the downfall of the Soviet Union.
