Sandu-Daniel Kopp has been a Research Fellow of BC CARE since September 2009. In this function, he has contributed to numerous counselling projects related to environmental and energy policy issues for clients from politics and business (i.e. governmental authorities, companies, political parties and associations). Since winter semester 2011/12, moreover, he has been carrying out teaching assignments at the Environmental Policy Research Centre (FFU) of the Otto-Suhr-Institute for Political Science.
In summer semester 2014, he successfully completed his doctoral studies within the framework of the inter-disciplinary Graduate School CREES. His dissertation is titled ’EU Gas Supply Security in the Context of Liberalisation and Decarbonisation – Case Studies of the UK and Germany’.
Between August 2012 and January 2013, he has been a Visiting Scholar at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies (OIES).
