The Berlin School of Integrative Oncology (BSIO) offers a structured 3-year doctoral program jointly educating natural scientists and physicians/medical students in the field of integrative oncology and features excellent research conditions, a comprehensive curriculum and a broad supervision and mentoring network. Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to conduct part of their project in one of the labs of the renowed international partner institutions of the BSIO (depending on the individual project). The BSIO educational concept also includes the use of state-of-the-art technologies such as tablet computers for lab and office work, video conferencing and large-scale touch screen monitors.
The deadline for applications is June 15, 2016.
Successful applicants of this application round will start the program between October and December 2016. Applicants do not need to hold their degree by the time of their application, so all applicants who will be awarded their BSc or MSc degree until November 2016 are encouraged to apply.
Medical students can apply anytime during their studies, as they can complete the MD track without having obtained their medical degree first.
Details on the application procedure as well as further information is available at the website of the Berlin School of Integrative Oncology (BSIO).
