History and Popular Memory: The Power of Story in Moments of Crisis

 

On June 17, 2014,  Prof. Dr. Paul A. Cohen (Professor of History Emeritus, Wellesley College; Associate of the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies, Harvard University) held a guest lecture at the Henry Ford Building of the Freie Universität Berlin. The presentation was titled 'History and Popular Memory: The Power of Story in Moments of Crisis'.

The guest lecture was moderated by Prof. Dr. Verena Blechinger-Talcott and accompanied by Prof. Dr. Stefan Rinke as discussant.
