On the 3rd and 4th of April 2017, the first European high-level conference on connected and automated driving will take place in Brussels. The event is organized by the European Commission, under the participation of the EC-funded projects CARTRE and SCOUT.
The conference 'Connected and Automated Driving – Together, shaping the future' is an opportunity for research centres, universities and various other stakeholders such as industry representatives to network and exchange ideas.
During the two-day event strategies on how to boost the development and deployment of connected and automated driving technologies will be discussed from a fourfold perspective: transport policy issues; technological challenges; legal and regulatory frame, and digital transformation.
Various plenary meetings will be complemented by nine thematic breakout sessions.
On the official event website, you can find the preliminary agenda and further information.
Registration to the conference is free.
