Deutschlandstipendium

Make a difference and become a donor to support Freie Universität's talented students.
The Deutschlandstipendium scholarship program enables our students from all nations and diverse backgrounds to focus on their studies. They are supported with 300 euros each month. The Federal Government adds one euro to every euro donated by a private sponsor, like companies, foundations or alumni.

Ernst Reuter Association

By becoming a member of the Ernst Reuter Association of Friends, Supporters, and Alumni of Freie Universität Berlin e.V. (ERG), you support research, teaching, and junior researchers at Freie Universität. A membership comes with a number of benefits and discounts.

Alumni Chapters

With an Ernst Reuter Association membership, you may choose to join one or serveral of currently over 20 alumni chapters organized under the umbrella of Ernst Reuter Association. A large part of your annual membership fee then automatically goes to support the activities of the chapter based at the university department, institute, or study program.

Ernst Reuter Foundation

The Ernst Reuter Foundation (ERS) supports scholarship, science, research, and teaching activities, particularly at Freie Universität Berlin, and strengthens the university in its role as an institution dedicated to the principles of independence and freedom. The ERS primarily supports students at Freie Universität. ERS is legally valid foundation organized and existing under German civil law and is a recognized nonprofit organization. Donations and gifts are tax-deductible.
