The head of Division II advises the university management and the decentralized units on all matters related to budgetary affairs. The head of this division is also involved in actively managing IT projects related to the budget and is responsible for developing and implementing information and management systems.

The executive support team is responsible for overarching tasks arising from the subject-specific units. This team is directly subordinate to the head of the division.

The office management performs services for the entire division and functions as the point of contact for all matters concerning “job ticket” transit passes. It prepares the IT procurement plans and coordinates the use of administrative IT.

In addition, it organizes and coordinates the general operation of services.
