On Tuesday, March 15, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, there will be a briefing session for refugees who are interested in studying at Freie Universität. There will be a presentation outlining details of the extensive academic program "Welcome to Freie Universität Berlin." Those interested in studying will be given detailed information about the degree programs at Freie Universität Berlin and the admissions requirements. The information session will be in English. It will take place at Habelschwerdter Allee 45, Lecture Hall 2 (Hörsaal 2), 14195 Berlin-Dahlem. Registration is not required.
As part of the Welcome to Freie Universität Berlin program, the Academic Advisory Service of Freie Universität will be giving information briefings beginning in April in German, English, Arabic, and Farsi. They will provide information about the degree programs offered at Freie Universität, the structure of the programs, application and admissions, and everyday life for students. The session on Monday, April 4, 2016, will be in Arabic and German; the one on Friday, April 18, will be in Farsi and English. All of the presentations will be from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Student Service Center, Iltisstraße 4, 14195 Berlin (subway station: Dahlem-Dorf), Room K009.
