New Double Degree Master's Program at Freie Universität's Department of Law
Master of Business Law in Cooperation with Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Straßburg

Freie Universität Berlin is now offering a master’s degree program at the Department of Law as a German-French double degree master’s program. As of the current fall/winter semester, the Master of Business, Competition, and Regulatory Law (MBL-FU) can be completed as a one-year program in cooperation with the Institut d’Etudes Politiques der Univerisité des Strasbourg (Sciences Po des Strasbourg).
Graduate students in this program have an opportunity to acquire two degrees within one academic year: a Master mention Droit de l’Union Européenne, Spécialité, Droit de l’Economie et de la Régulation from Université de Strasbourg and a Master of Business Law (M.B.L.) from Freie Universität Berlin. The program starts each year during the fall/winter semester. The application deadline is May 31.
In addition to the new double degree master's program, Freie Universität also offers two more double degree master's programs with outstanding French partner universities: Public Policy and Management in cooperation with École des hautes études commerciales in Paris (HEC Paris) and a double degree master's program in political science - Affaires européennes / Affaires internationales with Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris. Freie Universität also offers collaborative master's and doctoral programs with partner universities in Russia, the Netherlands, Denmark, Mexico, Thailand and India. Freie Universität is actively promoting the establishment of additional structured international master's and doctoral programs through the Fund for Innovative Mobility Models.
