Central Services

The central services of Freie Universität offer a large number of services, including advising services, for the entire university community. Some services are also available to those not affiliated with the university. The central services (Zentraleinrichtungen, ZE) include the following:

At eye level: Students from Freie Universität use the Ethnological Museum in Dahlem as a resource for their studies and research.

The Philological Library has modern workspaces for students. It contains approximately 700,000 books and subscribes to 800 periodicals.

Since 1945 members of Freie Universität and Technische Universität have been performing with the Collegium Musicum.
